How long does shipping take?
We can’t wait to get Stursi in your hands, so most orders are shipped within 2 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation once it leaves our warehouse, and your Stursi sips should arrive 6-9 business days after shipping. Keep in mind that tracking info might take a few days to update—but trust us, it's on its way!
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages and for food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at support@stursi.com within 7 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right! Email us at support@stursi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement.
